Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds due to hygiene reasons. However, we do allow exchanges for eligible items under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
To receive a different item, return your eligible item as per our guidelines. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately for your desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. However, due to hygiene reasons, we only allow exchanges for eligible items, provided they remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
